Receptionist (50%)

Zurich, CH

We are a global investment bank specialized in mergers & acquisitions. Our Zurich office is currently looking for an all-rounder Receptionist (50%).


Tasks & responsibilities:


  • Welcome guests and clients and ensure their wellbeing
  • Meeting coordination and preparation to ensure the smooth running of the office
  • Telephone, Reception and Mail
  • Order office supplies
  • Support with Ad-hoc projects and further secretarial tasks



Required profile:


  • Successfully completed hospitality education or commercial apprenticeship
  • Working experience in a comparable position is a plus
  • Fluency in both German and English is must
  • High degree of Client focus and service oriented way of thinking
  • A high degree of resilience and self-initiative
  • Very good command of the MS-Office toolbox
  • Flexibility in terms of working hours
